At Zha Sustainability Practitioners Club (ZSPC), we believe in a robust, dynamic structure that drives our sustainability initiatives. Our organization is built on collaborative leadership, with boards and teams dedicated to fostering a sustainability mindset, particularly among Gen Z students and professionals. Here’s a detailed overview of our club’s structure:
The Co-Founding Board consists of the visionary leaders who laid the foundation for ZSPC’s mission. These pioneers crafted the club’s core values and continue to preserve and adapt the original vision to meet evolving sustainability challenges. They play a crucial role in shaping the club's future directions and initiatives.
The Chairman Board is comprised of esteemed dignitaries, corporate leaders, and policy influencers who provide high-level advocacy for sustainability. They represent ZSPC in national and international forums, ensuring that our message and mission are heard by policymakers, industry stakeholders, and thought leaders.
The Strategic Board is responsible for major decision-making processes regarding the direction, impact, and growth of ZSPC. This board focuses on long-term goals, partnership development, and resource allocation to maximize the effectiveness of our programs, ensuring that the club remains relevant and forward-thinking in the global sustainability movement.
The Advisory Board consists of experienced sustainability professionals, academics, and industry experts. Their role is to provide strategic guidance, share insights on emerging sustainability trends, and ensure that ZSPC’s initiatives align with global innovations in environmental stewardship. They also mentor and guide young sustainability practitioners.
The Gen Z Board is comprised of passionate students and young professionals under 29 years of age. They lead efforts to spread sustainability awareness among their peers and drive projects that engage and educate the younger generation. This board is vital in ensuring that ZSPC’s mission resonates with the next generation of leaders and professionals.
ZSPC Professionals TREE operates as regional bodies, such as in Tiruppur or other locations, where local professionals run the ZSPC Students Sustainability Curriculum. This regional structure ensures that sustainability education reaches grassroots levels through hands-on training and mentorship. Each regional TREE operates on a stipend model, encouraging professionals to actively participate in educating students about sustainability while earning a stipend for their contributions.
